MI-CEMI Communications Roundtable
MI-CEMI’s Communications Roundtable is a quarterly gathering designed to help advocates, communications professionals, storytellers, organizers, and community members strengthen their communications skills and build connections across Michigan’s criminal legal reform movement. Each roundtable explores a different communications topic, providing opportunities to learn from experienced practitioners, share ideas, discover new tools and strategies, and discuss effective approaches to public education, storytelling, media engagement, digital communications, and narrative change. Whether focused on social media, podcasting, documentary filmmaking, writing, messaging, or emerging communications trends, the Communications Roundtable creates a space for participants to learn, collaborate, and better communicate the need for criminal legal system reform.
To receive updates, resources, and meeting notices, email mail@mi-cemi.org and request to join the Communications Roundtable Google Group. You may also register for this event. Event registrants are added to the Google Group and will receive future updates, resources, and invitations related to the roundtable.
